There is nothing to like about working in a Lala's shop.

Dislikes

...that never abides with HR laws of the land and often deals in Cash to cheat tax. They have 54-hour work week with No overtime pay. The rules change as per whims & fancy of the owner. People who are in HR has ZERO knowledge about the subject and are just there to impose what the silly brat owner asks them. Zero job security.

Dislikes

Dislike is not means for me because I have to got best knowledge about in diamond grading .. assorting...Navratna and Goldsmithung... costume jewelleries making ...i have nothing to dislike from there...

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
