If anyone want to learn and want to get practical knowledge about field,so there is quite good opportunity. But work atmosphere and culture of company very bad. They dont understand that how behave with employees. And there no job security. If Director want to terminate anyone. With immediate effect leave the job and there is no any policy and even also not given advance salary for termination.
