They provide healthy atmosphere for work , you will get full support whenever U need . Supportive staff .one thing which is the main reason I m working is our director sir , they are humble and down to earth person ,the way he talks , gives advice helps us in achieving our goals .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
