Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

They provide healthy atmosphere for work , you will get full support whenever U need . Supportive staff .one thing which is the main reason I m working is our director sir , they are humble and down to earth person ,the way he talks , gives advice helps us in achieving our goals .

Dislikes

Not so many things for dislike, but one to say looking for good talent and giving him a appropriate chance is the management job .

This company is biggest manufacturer of PPR Pies & Fittings having brand name SFMC. There are large scope of learning & skill devlopment in this company.

Dislikes

One thing I would say working environment is not good in this company. Lot of politics in this company. Chances of career growth is negligible.
