...I was asked to come to office the following day which did not happen eventually. I had a 30 mins interview/discussion with the General Manager I had a salary discussion with the HR and was informed that I should be getting my offer letter in 2 days and my joining date should be 28th of April I was asked to fill forms , my professional documents, my salary slip, my educational documents which is as per me violation of personal belonging. The only emails I have from the HR is the calendar invites for the interview and where she has asked me my documents and none of the communication was ever circulated in an email. All in all as per me they don't value people and their time

- terrible and incompetent new leaders - New leaders brings their incompetent friends and give them high paying titles. However, they don't bring anything to the table. - Egotistic leaders laidoff competent engineers - Refused to pay bonuses to engineers. Instead created a pile of lies. - Destroyed culture - Micromanagement

Likes

Saviynt is amongst the fastest growing company in iam domain. It provides really good training for every new joinee. No matter how many years of experience the new joinee has,saviynt provides three week training to all. This helps to blend with the team.

Dislikes

The one thing i dislike is the base pay. Since saviynt is amongst the fastest growing companies in idendity domain, and since it has recieved such huge funding it should provide better compensation.

Likes

Office timings is 10.00 to 15.00.

Dislikes

No job security. Need to work almost for the entire day, you would be working at office and then again return home and work till night 10 PM. No transportation facility.

You’ll have plenty of work at your hands at all times. So it’s a good place to understand corporate and IAM.

Dislikes

The management has no professionalism and holds no accountability. They can speak to you and treat you as they wish and even the HR is a puppet of the managers so you won’t get anything out of escalations. If you value your life, and work to live and not live to work, it’s a personal request for you to stay away from Saviynt as much as possible. It’s the most toxic workplace I unfortunately had the opportunity to work with. Even working 12-15 hours a day won’t satisfy the management. I had married colleagues with kids, sometimes in tears and work from 9 AM - 2 AM (that’s right) on most days. No matter the offered CTC, nothing is worth losing your sanity by working with such toxic colleagues and management. PS- Don’t fall for their “You can work any 9 hours of the day. The working hours are flexible”. It’s an absolute trap which implies you need to work 9+9 hours.
