Toxic work culture and leadership is biased towards favourite people, Head of HR looks blindly and listens to the favourite people rather than evaluating the situation and facts to take right decision

I am working here from last 4-5 months, working culture is good, compensation & benefits are good, but about team bonding is not good, specially there is no future for future growth

No good team bonding, not a good management, mobile is not allowed below AM, either emp is from admin or IT, not allowing to take leaves while you have any disease.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
