I am working here from last 4-5 months, working culture is good, compensation & benefits are good, but about team bonding is not good, specially there is no future for future growth

No good team bonding, not a good management, mobile is not allowed below AM, either emp is from admin or IT, not allowing to take leaves while you have any disease.

It's really a good environment to work with the Company.Food Ana cab facilities are good.and working with the people also good and kind persons.learn lot of things

Salary is low of my self otherwise company is good.

Salary gets credited on time, learning programs are good colleagues are supportive

Toxic work culture and leadership is biased towards favourite people, Head of HR looks blindly and listens to the favourite people rather than evaluating the situation and facts to take right decision

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
