Salary will be credited on time and jobs and responsibilities will be less. Payments to supplier will be processed on time.Nothing more than this.

Dislikes

Work culture is very worst, more fluctuation in requirement leads buyer to run fast to get the parts to feed to assembly. Low possibilities to learn new things. More documented paper works. Most of the HOD's are not kind. Work timings is long and sometimes forced to extend the work timings. Unwanted pressure will be pass on to all the members in team. Company situated 30 kms away from the city. New ideas will not be encouraged my most of the HOD's.

Likes

Providing mask and sanitizers every day and keeping social distance suring meeting and well equipped for against pandemic of Covit 19.

Dislikes

No issue for work balance and give freedom for working environment lf the company.

Likes

Two or three reason to like a savio india. They adopts new technology and new innovation. They are providing good training in entry level . They have so many customers in hand and they supplies there products in all over world.

Dislikes

Mostly they are giving a contract based job. They are not giving respect to workers. There is no safety precautions kept in company. They are assembled low quality sheet metals in machine. team work is not there in company.
