They have lots of internal projects going on they don’t concentrate more on real client projects. Fired many people even the key managers and Dev, QA etc Never announce appraisal on time sometimes people come and ask and they promise in next meeting they will tell but after months it is credited in our accounts. No additional benifit like transport, wifi anything is given No formula of rewarding people for there work every quarter

Nothing to like, it's a useless company who doesn't even have its own niche. CEO is a weirdo who is confused. Pathetic work culture.

Dislikes

Everything. I think this company be shutdown down. Anubhav Dwivedi is a fraudulent person who has zero business ethics and fake. Sheetal - their so called Chief People Officer is another irritating character.

Likes

No Probation period for the new joiners, flexible timings, you can talk freely with your colleagues, be it your manager, HR, less process oriented firm, compensation personally was really good.
