...u can smell and see the smoke everywhere everyone gets headache because of that. There's no salary because they have a policy of salary after 60days so between that period people works so hard but after some time they'll fire you without any reason so that way they don't have to pay you. Out of 20 people not even a single one got the salary. I was so depressed after all these.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
