There is nothing to like. The only thing is they never dismiss you until they have received any misbehaving complaint about you.

...They will call whenever time they want. Sometimes you need to work Sundays also. You don't get any salary increments or base salary as per your experience. They said they will but never that happens. You should learn yourself only because you must work apart from your designation. And your higher official gives all the work to you which they should do. However, if you work sincerely they will never satisfy your work. Because they will blame you if they make any mistake. Worst company culture. There is no proper schedule. They will change everything anytime and expect the output immediately.

...g relieving or experience letter for more than a month after relieved from work. Pay cut for everything. Poor top management. Pls dont join if you need a peaceful life.

There are lot of opportunities and benefits which drives us to grow. One who is self driven can definitely make use of the opportunities to grow up in the ladder
