Salary was very less , in my case they said 12k salary and 10k as take home but... They were paying 9000 only and then they added new way to reduce our salary by taking 1000 from our salary bcoz of coming by college bus ..... Was really upset about this

Less salary and canteen is not clean it's smells bad and unhygienic...

Staffs don’t treat other co staffs properly they disrespect and talk, salary given to staffs are very low comparing to what we get b4, no recognition, they don’t give any benefits for staffs.. they don’t treat all staff equally..

It was a good place to enhance skills a few years back. But now there is no job security and biased compensation.

There is a lot of politics. Salary increment and other benefits biased and not given to people who deserve.

No job security, faculties are treated worse.Management fires people any time, faculty literally begs from students for money collection for management,no promotion,no increament.

...f college Dr.Ramesh scolds faculty infront of students and Humiliated faculty. Salary are not paid as promised.They don't even mention salary amount in offer letter.They simply state salary paid from time to time as per management likes and dislikes. Faculty pays transport fees for using college bus.I was assistant professor ,I was told by principal ,if I don't collect from money from students on timey salary will not be paid

Healthy environment, new comers can easily mingle with seniors faculties. Plat form to update technology.

Dislikes

Timing of college, not comfortable, and traffic throughout that route is unbearable. Hostelers very comfortable.
