Working with the team had good coordination, as far as the LOP is defined job security is good. No significant change in career and salary. The work environment is also good but limited innovation. I never go abroad for any training. Working with pastoral for natural resource management and food provision was very interesting experience of the lowland.

Dislikes

The discrepancy in salary scale is the most, which I dislike but this may be due to the internal management style of the organization.

Must be. Because from my childhood life was engage with SCI. Save the Children-USA when started work in Bangladesh 1st Field Office was my native home. Also, its nature of work is really approciated. I was engage with Sponsorship Program. Now I am working other Organization. Because last 1st July, 2023 Project close out. Always like to work with SCI.

Likes

The organization intervenes in almost all humanitarian and development programs and that helped to show up the attribution of different projects on the beneficiaries and communities. Moreover, the organization gives capacity-building benefits for an individual to upgrade their education to achieve transcended achievement in their assigned position.
