Third Class management, unqualified & unprofessional managers, and Deaf Directors who don' listen or watch but make the decision. rude old employees thinking the company to be theirs, fake awards of "great place to work" it is one of the intoxicated places to work

Save solution has been a milestone for my career,it not only provided me the platform to enhance my career capabilities but also taught me what a corporate life means and how to make balance between work and life.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike but Aaah doesn't want all Saturday off . But ok atleast we get two Saturdays off.

Connectivity to dwarka 14 metro line.

What I dislike about this is hostile work environment, no on the job training, incompetent people working at superior level just because of having contacts with core management of organization. Old employees rude to the new joiners, forcing them to leave the organization, just because with cheap mentality that they might get fired from organization or chances to get salary hikes will become less. Even though their is Monday to Friday working structurr if they provided you with laptop. You will end up working all 7 days. Work life imbalance a huge.
