If someone resigns then they force him out and then withhold their salary and their HR department does not help. This is an MNC group. The culture is very bad.

I was worked three year with Savannah seeds SDA Headquarter Lohardaga jharkhand from 1 march 2014 to 30 November 2016, I was done very good feald activities sale and collection. "06 January 2016 .Awarded me "Sava Smart Star" for best territory unit Lohardaga, Ranchi Region 2015 " But not take growth me.

These people will force u to resgin, hr is no disabled that they won't ask you about issues they focus only on old employee who eventually have zero manners they don't give your salary and if you asked for that they will block you Cheap people call themselves mnc organization Never join this organization worst nightmare
