A bunch of uneducated, racist sexist men managing the company.

Dislikes

Pathetic interview experience. The interviewer started raising his voice in the middle of the interview. Unmannered and biased person took the interview. He was not even able to make complete sentences in English. He asked illogical questions. He also made me feel uncomfortable during the whole duration. I have worked with global companies and I understand when a company has bad culture and zero HR policies. The interviewer was not fit to take interviews. I recommend as an HR, please work on internal policies and structure.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
