Night shift for complete week, salary and promotion benefit not to minimal, Don't have employee welfares policies, Discrimination in staff and management staff with all respect and facilities, HR staff not supportive.

Only Good Thing is timely salary and timely increment. Although increment % very low.

No appreciation to the employees. No rules for the promotions & some employees working on the same position from last 10-12 years.

Hr परेशान करते है। आपनी दादागीरी करते है। Local employees का साथ देकर दादागीरी करते है। Hr इसलिए लोग 6 months मे नौकरी छोड़कर चले जाते है। Like kare ke liye kuch nahi hai मजदूर देने मे दादागिरी करती है। hr

Manger काम करते है। पर जब पैसा बडाने की बात आती है तो 4 लोगो के ही बड़े है। जो कि fixed है। हर साल हम company मे दिन भर काम करते है extra भी ।मन नही है तब भी। कम से कम भोजन सही मिले। पर saurav chemicals ltd मे भोजन ऐसा मिलता है कि जानवर भी ना खाये। ओर bachelor हो तो company का भोजन करना ही पडेगा।
