...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Salary time to time take in per month as of 25 of every month. Appraisals are fair, and no bonuses for contractor employees like me. The job is quite interesting, struggled a bit in the beginning as there were no formal training sessions.

... risk and coming to contract employees here they treated as servants even boys in the company get more salary in the company and the contract employees should work extra hours but it is not mandatory for company employees and the company shows discrimination between company and contract employees, and different ID cards this is the worst scenario I have ever come across in my life till now

No job security, more politics in the company. If you know native language then you can survive

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners

Excellent team work, training arrangement, Job security good, carrier growth very goof, Attractive salary package, Travel, Learning, excellent work environment, work life balance etc.

I was contractor of saudi telecom. But i learned alot from there. Where ever i went for interview they just review my resume. They single technical question not ask me during interview. I never ever forget saudi telecom company . Because manager level to engineer level very easy to meet and get information .

I was working as Senior software engineer and they have deputed me to a client location . There manager was very pathetic and Project management , HR policies were ridiculous.

Dislikes

HR policies are totally against employee . They do not consider that if the employee is from foreign country .
