Nothing. They just hire you for someone else as contractor. Once the contract ends you have to leave the country. Even if you find new job when you are jobless they don’t give transfer.

It's good organisation to work but premotoion and other benefits are not provided in time frame Emergency leave are also not sanctions timely.

Dislikes

No but it's management is very hard and strict for project work. Work is more important then other benefits of employees

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
