The company is world class steel industry . Here company employ safety is first priority.the company is open innovation and employ empowerment. I like that fact independent work and management support me. There is good team work as result we produced.High quality steel products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural back grounds from different countries and we work together without any difference options.

Compensation is decent.but growth is slow.work pressure is high.sometimes I have to work 12 hours.

Its a great organisation with lots of learning opportunities and very good safety practices

Pay package is not proportionate to the employees ( expatriates) experience. Other cultures are not respected well

One of the best companies in Saudi to work for. Very good atmosphere abd culture. Salary is on time.

Top management should not differentiate between direct and indirect manpower. Lots of benefits are not given to third party employees although they are also part of company's success.

Less work pressure as compared to Indian companies and better work- life balance. Employees and management values contribution and good atmosphere.
