Absolutely it's a pleasure to work in such a huge organization which is standing shoulder to shoulder in terms of advance technology to give best healthcare service to whole mankind

Dislikes

Saudi German hospital is a group of hospitals and it's works on a principal of quality service to the patient so every employee has his own job responsibilities right from the CEO to sweeper so theres nothing to dislike.

The hospital has a very high technology equipment and the staff and fellow surgeons are all of high qualifications and efficiency. It ihas a very thorough and yet friendly system and atmosphere. Co-operation and team work is very evident and working towards achieving high quality and customer satisfaction.

The timings since working hours sometimes exceed 10 hours daily

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
