Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

We all work while lockdown. Company is good but management is worthless.

Dislikes

No one have management skills in this company. Management dose not follow the company contract peppers. 8 hours of duty in our contract pepper but management forced us to do 10hrs of duty and no overtime. Please don't prefer anyone in this company, I request you. If the management is not good, you will get the work satisfaction. I have only 8 months left in this company. For corona I am still working in this company. For this management my work life and my personal life gone to hell. Thank you.
