I really have a good environment with current management and very good chemistry between ur services and helping in getting more projects to do more services; Management is very good in services and look after us for getting our benefits in all time; I really happy to be part of the company in giving my services as long as I can.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high in my case since I am working with different projects at a time, and I have to attend client with out timing, Managers do not recognize my efforts, I do receive appreciation emails from client, but they go un noticed since 5 years of time, I understand the company situation and passing the time coz of current business trend in engineering fields, however now the good time start so we expect more projects and good benefits as well soon.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
