Salary received on Time. site work management is very poor. Not value of contract of working days company give immediately duty off and give options exit ye kafala. Not notice Period, leave salary bonus not give on time after exit. Working duty is good but not working all as per interview selections. Over All good.

Work without any pressure, and the way of getting the work done is good. All work is done according to the system.

It takes time to solve one's own issues. Whose salary is pending. No satisfactory answer is received from the accounts department, when will it come and why is it pending. If the PC breaks down, when will it be repaired?

Job is permanent and learning opportunity is very high. Joining this company as a beginner is good but leave the company as soon as possible after getting 2 years experience. Company also creates problems for the employee who resigns.

Dislikes

No promotion and salary is very low as per position and designation for Indians. Poor management and employee evaluation is biased and based on nationality. Working for long term in this company means damage your future.

Salary is on time, you can do overtime what ever you want as per work load.Best part is they will provide double price for your overtime. Work culture is good you do not feel very pressure in here.

Management is not very much good you have to arrange your own water bottle, company will not provide you even drinking water.Do not expect promotion here.
