When you go final exit you will get your benefits eventhough you have to wait for months after you reach india. They will also give your air ticket money aswell. Other companies give air ticket and benefits the day you leave.

Dislikes

There are people there who works there for more than 10 years for the same salary.I worked there 5 years i didnt get a raise and they dont appreciate hard work also. I was there for the job of bms operator but they made me clean a manhole filled with drainage water. They even used me for loading and unloading giant old televisions. And during corona when we were in an enclosed space for work I got sick with serious breathing issues and they didnt took me or allowed to got hospital and left me there to die.

Its like semi government company,have more advanced equipment which other companies doesn't have good environment of working and many more benefits.and this company have more long term projects.

Dislikes

Nothing at all.except they not increase the salary even after such taxation came to existence.

Good management ,job security is excellent , travel was well, salary was low.

Old guides was given less salary,new guides was given more salary but there was more work for old guides only , on any location old guide should only be gone but nothing was known for new guides ,hard work should be done by old guides and benefits should be gone to them .

Salary received on Time. site work management is very poor. Not value of contract of working days company give immediately duty off and give options exit ye kafala. Not notice Period, leave salary bonus not give on time after exit. Working duty is good but not working all as per interview selections. Over All good.

Salary on time..!! Food accomodations not good average..!!

Work without any pressure, and the way of getting the work done is good. All work is done according to the system.

It takes time to solve one's own issues. Whose salary is pending. No satisfactory answer is received from the accounts department, when will it come and why is it pending. If the PC breaks down, when will it be repaired?
