Dislikes

No growth at all, no bonus and increments. No overtime for working extra hours regularly required by the company. Too much bias based on brown-nosing. Nationals do no work compared to expats and still expats are being scrubbed off as pathetically as possible. Every time u ask management for growth, they answer rudely to leave and go.

Varity of Products, learn many things, Wonderful colleague who always ready to teach and help, Safety and security of staff. And it’s really true that the SBG provide world class facility to their staffs. We can visit our home at any time without any trouble by company. Muscat wonderful place to live in with family, quiet and secure

No growth related to money or promotion. You can stuck in same salary and designation many years.

The facilities are par excellent. Salary is being received on date without fail. 5 days a week - working days with 2 days holidays. General Office timings 8.30 am to 5.30 pm

Dislikes

Poor increment. No promotion for last 10 years. Ex-cratia (bonus) stopped from 2012

It's legendary company in its old days. Salary on time, Good infrastructure. Now this company is on there last days. Due poor management, Omanisation rules Big competition from UAE companies.

No increment, promotion ,No OT. So no future so work here for temporarily.
