Job security and work satisfaction .Because they layoff all branch executive within 3 months of hiring , no notice period and all. Work satisfaction is low because there is no growth in operation department, because simply sitting in branch if there is no business in branch.

Everytime supervisor repeting "MD Sir ka dard tumhe dikh nahi Raha hai" But I was seen supervisor ko khud apni salary se mtlb hai .. na ki MD sir ke dard ki... If I was continue this job... Depression me chala jata...
