I don't have to say any good thing about this company

when i was selected for admin, HR told me that I handled 1 state but after 3 months they told me 2 states but they don't increase my salary. so this salary i try to handle 2 states there was so much travel between 2 states. several times i discussed with my seniors that kindly hire a new staff for Assam but they ignore me all time. i don't give time to family every Sunday and also work. no one can help in your work. overall experience to this company is very bad. i think if any one join to this company think several times.
...they are doing full of confusions, not up to the mark/not so much standard here. changing the salary structure monthly once & Incentive structure is almost faking the employees, getting very less salary.
3)Operation departments are ruling the enitre satya, they are the real owners of satya, they are speaking like this is my comapany, my rules.
4) Senior Manager are the worst part here, if we do any small mistake, they will transfer you to another location far away, even though if we ask 1000 times apologies. to satisfy there ego they transfer the employees to another location, it affects personal life.
5) Operation team senior managers HOLDS Employees salary if we not achive targets. who gave authority to hold salary, this affects our personal life and commitments at month end if they hold salary totally worst people, dont have curtacy on employees.
6) Even if u work hard and achive targets they dont even appreciate/
7)Salary is less work is more not satisfied,
8) Process is too lenghty, you will become mental if u work here with this kind of managers.
9) Some times even u have to work on holidays. due to business pressure.
10) All other organistaions celebrate their region wise festivals at office. at satya no celebrations/gifts to employess.
11) At joining time they welcome you saying that welcome to satya family, but this kind of torchure to family member is not so good.
Job security and work satisfaction .Because they layoff all branch executive within 3 months of hiring , no notice period and all.
Work satisfaction is low because there is no growth in operation department, because simply sitting in branch if there is no business in branch.
Giving great salary is good but working culture is very bad.. No one work like professional.. Everytime supervisor repeting "MD Sir ka dard tumhe dikh nahi Raha hai"
But I was seen supervisor ko khud apni salary se mtlb hai .. na ki MD sir ke dard ki...
If I was continue this job... Depression me chala jata...
Sunday working.
No holidays.
Government holidays also are stopped.
Company put a Zero Tolerance for eating Non-veg.
Company is interfering into personal space.
Only operation department is important others are demolished.
24*7 working.
