They are not clear about the software requirements. In order to start the project (kickoff meeting) telling that client budget is very less but at the demonstration they expecting more from you.. actually need to proper development process. They encouraging to work in Saturday Sunday for training..!!

Best part about the satva during my transition- it was company culture, environment, learning. Company CEO is really helpful, after departure I realises his importance. He was very much supportive in terms of management and also with the employee. Everyone is equal for him. New office is at very good location and wide space with playing area, fun and activity is really good

There was some dislikes but it seems smaller in front of likes.

You are always good performer till your appraisal comes into picture. False commitment frequently changing policy ( they are just rules as director are comfortable) they want labour not technical person. Girl candidate out there when you go for interview ask whether if please check before some seniors are waiting for you. Mobile is not allowed your opinion doesn’t matter if you can stack your personal life you are good to go.
