Dislikes

Company culture is still open but slowly it is moving towards authoritarian model which generally not a good example for a open culture company in a longer run. Pay structure needs to be improved as per the industry benchmark.

Likes

Got the opportunity to work as an analyst with the case team and gained immense exposure about front-end consulting. The colleagues (Consultants, Engagement Manager, etc.) were very helpful and ensured a steep learning curve throughout my tenure. Regular meetups were organized with the Co-Founders and top-level management and they were easily reachable even to an intern.
