...olitics are there.management is very bad and HR is changing policy evry 1 week .work culture is also very bad they dont give you any thing on festivals no gifts no bonus

They are not providing appraisal on time.they will told you one thing and they work on that like 1 or 2 months later.

There is nothing to like. They don't provide even salary on time. This was feel like worse decision of my life.

Bad Management, ever changing HR policies, Don't have basic facility like cafeteria to have food or, guard, or any house keeping staff, we have to do dusting and clean everything on our own. And there randomly changing policies.

...use. I didn't understand i am joining as experience so why they did like this. They always tell will provide you 33 CTC but we didn't get any time and date of salary is not fix sometimes 5 &6&7&8 of months so many difficulty but yes you will learn more and more.

...promises and always depends on others very dirty politics. Always do the biased. Not provide proper salary and one more rule if you are join as experience after that you can't leave before two years and if you got apperasal so you not leave before 6 month if you leave then they ask about that increament should be returned otherwise not giving you experience and reliving letters. After completing the notice period you didn't get experience letter. These is very bad things which I was face in sattrix and I never want to go in sattrix.

... startup and they are trying but there will be no problems if you wish to learn. So for freshers willing to learn and not thinking salary its really a good place

You will get impress with interior of this company. you are always loaded with extensive work.

...ng to employees on time. Never get reference bonus money this is just formality. salary date is not fixed at all. false verbal commitment from HR at the time of joining company. Worst policy example: after appraisal, if you resign company within 6 months than they will return appraisal and appraisal amount with TAX. basically, you must stay 9 months in this company after getting appraisal. This christmas surprise will come when you left company. There are many policies which are hidden. so make sure you will validate all the things before joining.
