Dislike, Management doesn't have the professional team lead experience, no training to grow as a professional, no rewards to employees for extra ordinary works, salary payouts very bad. Employees destroy their professional life here just because only comfort zone here for work but nothing to learn.

This is Japanese concern and in these company implement rule and regulation and better way of technology for manufacture best quality fasteners. The basic focus of this company is satisfactions of their customer by delivering best quality of product.
