There is no growth for girls ,don't join 😞 they will spoil our life they give hikes for only boys ,they will not encourage hardworking people especially girls.tatal environment is bad.they spoiled my carrier

Management don't even care about our efforts or our contribution. Raise and opportunities will be based on how close we are to the management. Else you will get only workload. Also nothing to learn any thing which will help you for you further jobs as they are using deprecated technologies. If we join we will lose our current skills also.

There is no proper work culture , no personal growth, no appraisal, you would be feeling to be in a jail for 2 yrs. No humanity, no working environment, the only positive thing is that you would be feeling like your working from a primary school that's how the interior looks to be.
