Management don't even care about our efforts or our contribution. Raise and opportunities will be based on how close we are to the management. Else you will get only workload. Also nothing to learn any thing which will help you for you further jobs as they are using deprecated technologies. If we join we will lose our current skills also.

Infrastructure facilities are below average and there is no coordination between management and employees when it comes to meet project deadlines.

There is no proper work culture , no personal growth, no appraisal, you would be feeling to be in a jail for 2 yrs. No humanity, no working environment, the only positive thing is that you would be feeling like your working from a primary school that's how the interior looks to be.

This is an amazing Organization. SatNav gives bunch of opportunities to develop skills which are useful for company as well as for our career growth too. I feel that I am a fortune associate during the journey with SatNav for provided me an opportunity to do my duties in the organization.

Some times , we may delay in delivering the projects on due time, at that time also, company has waiting patiently and motivate us to move forward with great support and courage.
