bcaz owner is away from work reality ,have no actual data what's going on in company ,top management play all game..

No growth,no compensation,no bonus ,no salary growth,poor work-life..no learning, even no timly delivery bcaz un timed procurement bcaz of owner say everytime no cash no cash.

I would suggest that dont prefer this place for working the MD of the company is a fraud guy

They will ask you to work 12-14 hours and will not pay any Compoff and will keep you running for projects and will not pay the expenses too . secondly if you someday say that i cant do it this way MD will start torturing you and if you resign they will keep 1-2 months salary depends on when you left the company

The MD of the company is very confused. Any new things blow his mind, a new thing can be new client / new employee / new people he meet and start to disrespect the old things - old clients / old employee / people he knows from past. He is a insecure head and want to run a company with high dreams but zero acumen to handle people at all leave or with different talent. He is best in handling labors efficiently, to whom he can easily through his weightage and abuse and shout left, right or Centre. He like people who can bare his abuses or keep buttering him.. He disrespects, demean and disregard people who keep strait face and don’t massage his ego.

Old company, company won’t shut down , big set up

Poor management, selfish motive of the company, company grows not employees , micro manage by MD, company intention is to make money not give, for grant to employees and clients.
