Satin creditcare is a big company in micro finance sector it provide better salary to his employee but waklad is more and no wark/life balance in auditors , job u r bachelor u can survive if u r married u have facing many problems like early morning travelling and stay for a week at for most branches suverally u

.... And other sides are very bad. So, this is not a good platform for work/career. The employees are of this company are working with very low salary. There is no guarantee on Incentive. It works all day of a week. There is no National Holiday, like Gandhi Jayanti, Republic Day, Independence Day. It works on Holiday without any proof. It refused to maintain actual Holiday date. The job of employees are not secure. So, it totally not a good platform for work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
