Salary structure so bad,job security also nothing in this company, you can not say about your job security?

At the time pandemic , company gave one month salary at home ,but it deduct 3000 every month till 6 months, company only see its profit, nothing else about employee and their balancing family life,so high pressure in it working time 6.45 am to till night 10.30/10.55 pm

Good work environment and culture. company policies are good,& good salary hike and bonus per month..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue, job timing is the very bad,overall performance is balanced

Teammates are supportive, and working environment is good at regional office most of the staff are honest and transparent. Company policies are good for freshers.

Appraisals are not fair, salary and hike is not good enough to continue with the same organisation for more than 2 years unless you are helpless.

I telling about my working experience in this company like this, good timing, many festivals holidays for employee, job security, good office atmosphere, all staff supporting with company works.

The company not clear about salary deduction structure to employee at the joining time but i am satisfied.
