No growth or learning experience. Dirty Politics. Hard work, loyalty and commitment is unnoticed and not encouraged. No employee friendly culture or HR policies. Management encourages a culture that involves sycophancy and gossips.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .Salary is decent but career growth is a bond of 2 years before which you Cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees.

Its a very nice culture in my company to help the people those who needed financial help. Insist There is no time in this job for family and friends because of busy schedule like center meetings & collection in first time then cgt and grt and also arrer and od collection in second time. I really want some time to spent with my family and friends and for those peoples who aspecting to help by me.
