The company have nice building , CNC wire bending machines, Robot welding machines, pipe bending machines.

Dislikes

There is no Job security, work pressure is too high, no decent compensation, no transportation. No value for Mid level management and no power to take decisions even for plant head. No trainings provided for employees to improve their skills. No proper maintenance of machines due to cost finalizations as well as improper payments. Don't have quality concept for top level management ( but, simply they say , quality is important, but, don't want to invest for improvements). Very difficult to get settlements and PF settlement form.
