Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Daily, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to work in site. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths is missing

...Not supporting. Last month i am working my health issues not supporting company. My salary was not crediting. Heavy work this company for me. My medical problem insulted to word for you are patient not fit for company.
