...uneducated. Even Satguru HR knows it, but they still can't do anything about it. They will find 100 reasons to withhold your salary at the end of the trip. The pay scale is that they will pay you your salary every quarter, as they say it takes 4 months to get it. The food they buy for staff will be expired or close to expiring.

Salary and ways of learning new things in flexible way. Food and accommodation provided for Africa working employees.

Working hours are not fixed hardly you find time for yourself when working in Africa. Safety and security may be concerns depending upon the region. Think again before going to Africa. It will be a hell depending upon nature of work you are doing.

They would send you overseas on a job contract without work visa. You might end up in jail Recruiters will lie about benefits and salary They will promise salary coming from Dubai while they pay you from India

Everything don’t go worst company worst Management mistakenly if you are selected please don’t go worst management any error and they will deduct your salary over load manger will shout on you even after small mistake don’t go . Selling tea in India is better then going Africa location behaviour of seniors are worst if you will think another place may be good so you will regret every location is worst and bad don’t go when I was reading reviews hear so I was also thinking that may be they all are wrong so please do 15k job but do t go in any department they will treat you like labour

Its very company if you're wanted to be long run with company, sometimes they provide you Family accomodation. But as per Management's decision. You can not be blamed for not your completing goals. This is not Target oriented company. If you don't want work hard this best company for you

FnF Full n Final settlement always hard from this Company, Depends as per terms with your relationship with Higher management. Your returne ticket can not comfortable, Your Transfer will be done under 3rd class car. This not employees friendly Compnay. This is like a MNC shop.
