They have service agreement if you are joining as fresher ,most of the time you have to be on bench even if you are joining as a experience and after 2 3 months of bench they will ask to resign. Less opportunities to get billable. Join if you don't have any other opportunities

Learning new technologies while working. Company cared about environment like avoiding plastic items.encouraging employees for the good to society

Average salary hikes. after some years You feels like stuck in same routine desk work no change in working

1. The kind of work you do and learn is very good. You will really have a good hands on experience with the latest cutting edge Technologies. 2. Work culture and environment is awesome. 3. Work life balance is OK. 4. NO Stressful work.

Dislikes

1. Pay is less compared to industry. 2. Taking your own leaves is a challenge.

...n working in Sasken Pune since last three years. Very good company for freshers.During covid there is no salary cut for project as well as bench guys. But there is no salary increment this year. Work environment is good. Job security is also very good.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 3 years before which you can not resign. No good hike for the senior engineer. There is no fix work.

Likes

The atmosphere at Sasken is amazing. People are friendly and eager to help you out. There is so much positive energy that it makes one want to do something more than what they are paid for. Support from Sasken throughout the lockdown has been fantastic. They planned WFH for all employees(except for IT, FMS, and other essential services which need physical presence) s early as February. The support from senior management has been amazing.

Dislikes

The only downside is the salary, as compared to other competitive companies.
