No security for your job at any moment without any notice you can be terminated or the salary and expenses will be hold. No reporting system only google map location sharing and company details sharing on whatsaap for reporting. There's no HR policy for the organization. Anything will be confirmed through whatsaap only not through mail.

... politics in this organization. Language of management staffs are very indecent. Salary is ok but not given on time. They don't give any salary slips to any of the employees. Accountant handles all the HR related works and HR only checks the attendance. Nepotism is more in this organization. They don't share the price details as well as the technical details of the products with the sales staffs and for everything you have dependant on director. There no career growth at all.
