If you are a fresher they will treat you worst. Expect you to work for more than 12 hrs and also will deduct your money from your salary for no reason. Being a fresher they expect you to have knowledge of all technologies.

There are nothing, Good over there, They are always pretending their culture are good but nothing else. Always they are creating those situation, So you should work on Saturday or Sunday to.

Working culture area. Never increase your salary. Always blame you for every mistake.

Do not work with SASA and softdev, they are baboons with booms, i never show this type of companey in my hole life, they are not providing salary on time and even they are cut salary on silly mistakes, and also you will never know who is project manager and who is HR, behavior of HR is like Vampier she will comes any time to take your blood even on sunday, will be throw bad soul on her, they never show personal time and company time, she will be call you any time even on night to speek her fuking language, they give me work on even sunday, when come your incriment time they will count your mistaks only and then after they will stop your incriment and put you on probatio priods.

company’s ground rules are designed in such a way that teaches us importance or discipline and loyalty. They always take up complex projects and make sure that developers and other team members are guided enough to make it possible without any flows. Time to time they provide performance review so we know before hand what areas we need to improve. Constructive and creative criticism are the one thing that I like the most about this company

So far I have never encountered anything that is bad or not good. As far as we follow rules and work honestly everything goes perfect.
