Appraisals are quite bad. You may get good salary in starting but hike is hardly double digit, most of the time single digit only.

Best Place to Work and managers are very good and ethical. The best part of SAS is they are very professional, You will never hear people gossiping things about the team, people, or company. managers here don't do micro-management and always believe in Individual and independent contribution. It is not a "just do it culture" , they won't take any decision on your behalf, always consult before committing anything work-related things and really provide enough time to explore things. The best part of working with SAS is you will get access to all resources required to deliver work. and many more good things..

Sometimes you feel things should be a bit more aggressive in delivery or decision making...

Work culture: Excellent opportunity to explore various area of work and different technologies. Good for work life balance and job security as well.

There could be politics and bias in some teams. By and large is a good place to work if you don't get involved with the politics part.

The famous #SASlife is applicable to US only. For people working in other countries, opportunities for growth are pretty limited. Since SAS is not a growth company, the learning opportunities are few and far between.

Nice job experience with a lot of learning from field experience and seniors guidance.

Job security is less as it is mainly a contract based job, your contract may be not extended at some point when your current project on completion mode.
