...issatisfaction with the management practices at Sarvdrishti Eye Hospital, Patna. I joined the hospital on August 15, 2023, and despite fulfilling my responsibilities diligently, my salary has been unjustly withheld without any clear explanation or communication.This situation is extremely concerning and unprofessional. Employees depend on their salaries to meet their financial obligations, and holding it back without any valid reason is not only unethical but also creates an environment of distrust and frustration.Furthermore, this incident reflects poorly on the management's ability to maintain a respectful and supportive work environment. It is disheartening to see such disregard for the well-being of staff, which inevitably affects morale and productivity.I urge you to address this issue immediately and release the salary that is rightfully owed to me. I also hope that you will take steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future, as they tarnish the reputation of the hospital and undermine the trust of both employees and patients.
