Best to learn good culture , nice people around , work satisfaction, so much to learn , open work culture

No comp off and extra working on weekends not considers for compensation, worklife balance can improve, no canteen and cafeteria, KT should be better

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow. The pressure is very high.
