No comp off and extra working on weekends not considers for compensation, worklife balance can improve, no canteen and cafeteria, KT should be better

Supportive HR team. Can learn multiple things from various departments colleagues. Ocean of knowledge, if you willing to keep on learning. Work life balance Events organised for employees. Sufficient holidays and leaves.

...pability to grow but gets restricted by dept heads and management's decisions. No on time salary hikes and not up to the expectations. No employee career programs

The company is open to innovation and reading adopted latest technology.i love the fact that i m a prt of a team that market reliance, high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow. The pressure is very high.
