It is a visionary school in Ratnagiri and the leadership team and Management have always been helpful and supportive in ensuring that all the members get an equal chance to explore career growth opportunities. The school has also ensured that all of us are updated with the latest teaching-learning process and regular professional development is also planned. The team has also played an important role as all of us have cross shared and learnt many things from each other. Overall, it is a happy work place!!

As it was Start Up school ,there was no Policy frame work . Consultancy service were running the show. Extremely difficult working condition in absence of Principal handling the show.Teachers need free hand for Innovation n Creation of Lesson Plans ,which is quite often tempered by external agencies who act as academic facilitators.

Dislikes

No place for giving and exchange of Ideas. Job security is second biggest factor.
