...Francisco in 2014 and 2015 as the product I was working on was featured there. Pay-scale also has been very good, have always got more than what I wished for, never had to ask for anything. It is a very friendly environment, no politics, the company even provides a lot of personal help when in need, financial help, medical emergency, I have experienced it and have seen others get it as well. There are also fun outings yearly for the company. My journey so long has been full of learning, fun, travel, support and care.

... in your personal life too and giving possible help (financial too) if needed. Salary and appraisals are based only on your performance, so this is a company with zero politics. Sharing food on the lunch table, pulling each other's legs, playing games in the office, going for a trek, outstation trips, so many memories. Made many good friends for life here.

Great place to work for tech enthusiasts. I've had freedom to delve into a diverse range of technologies from PHP, angular, react, python not to mention devops. Projects are challenging and intellectually stimulating. Members are directly invovled in every phase of project development right from gathering requirements to architecting soluitons and final delivery. Direct interation with customers helped me improve both techinical and communication skills. Sarvaha values importance of balanced life. Here we have regular team building activities, exciting games and recreational events to get to know other team members. Weekend cricket matches and treks are very frequent activities that we do. Various initiatives taken by company for overall growth of members are very good. Co-founders are very approachable and helpful. Working hours are flexible. We have a hybrid work model here which helps every member of the company manage their professional and personla lives seamlessly. There are other facilities like health insurance for member and family, etc. In summary, Sarvaha is not just a workplace but a dynamic platform for growth and life. It's great place to work, learn and enjoy life.

Flexible working hours. Company provides much liberty to the employees inclusive of leaves and WFHs. Plans many more things for the employees to keep them cheered and for them to release stress. Recently had a movie outing for all employees on engineer's day.

I have been a part of Sarvaha Systems since almost about a year. My experience here was warm. I've been at some places before, but I found my stop here because of the embracing culture & notion of treating everyone equally and like a member of the family. About the Work & Skill Enhancement: 1. Supportive Team, Leads, Managers & other co-workers. You'll find someone to listen to your problems, doubts. 2. I'm on the Software development team, been at multiple projects and the scope of learning is huge. You're not imposed with something but instead you're given a choice of which direction you want to head to. 3. You're encouraged to learn a new technology on your terms whether or not that's a part of your current work. About Flexibility: 1. Extremely flexible working hours. 2. Sarvaha Systems does not forces you to work from office but instead it's "Work from Anywhere". Sarvaha will always appreciate your efforts and understand you're problems and will be there when you need. There is no level of designation as far as communication is concerned, everyone can reach out to anyone. And adding to the awesomeness, here at Sarvaha we have monthly sessions with fun stuff/games just to take the stress off.
